Ordering & Delivery Information
Ordering from Spa Hampers is easy!
Simply add your items to your basket and proceed to Checkout when you are done. You don't have
to set up an Account with us either – we use PayPal to process all of your payment and delivery
information (for your security).
You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to buy goodies from us
– you can simply use the PayPal payment gateway to give us your delivery address and pay by debit
or credit card (without creating an account with PayPal).
We would like your purchase to be as trouble free as possible, however sometimes things do go
wrong. If you do have an issue please contact us using the
contact page or by email so we can sort it our for you.
Postage & Delivery
We use Royal Mail or a selected courier as our delivery services. The one we choose depends on
the weight of your order as we want to send it to you safely for the cheapest amount. We don't charge extra for any postcode - even the ones that start KW!
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
UK Includes: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man.
Please double check to make sure that you give the correct delivery address at Checkout.
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days but at peak times (eg Christmas) this may
take longer. All orders received by 19th December will be dispatched in time for Christmas.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to
deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable
control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to
the price of the goods.
